We proudly provide international shipping to over 200 countries. However, there are some locations we may not be able to ship to. If you are in one of these regions, we will contact you directly.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Creative Int Trade LLC is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are accurate before finalizing your order. If we make an error, we will take full responsibility and resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

CUSTOMS

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any customs fees that may apply once your items have shipped. By purchasing from us, you consent to potential customs fees that may be charged upon arrival in your country.

  • Africa: 8-14 Business Days

Please note that the maximum delivery time is 10 business days, excluding our 1-3 day processing time and any potential delays due to clearance or customs.

Sometimes, it can take 1-5 business days for tracking information to be updated. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information, please contact us for assistance.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages, even if you have opted for combined shipping.
